In 2011, when we first founded our company under the banner of "IT talent recruitment specialists," those that employed our services were primarily clients specializing in IT from the Web and Gaming sectors. Subsequently, major trends such as the widespread adoption of smartphones and the promotion of digital transformation (DX) reshaped the playing field, bringing about an era in which IT talents are essential not only for industries specializing in IT, but for organizations across all industries. I am inclined to believe that as the population of talent with professional skills grows and society as a whole becomes more adept at strategic employee placement, we are well positioned to support the advancement of every industry in terms of IT talent.
Now, even though we have entered into an era marked by various material changes as driven by AI, having the opportunity to interact with a wide range of workplaces through the task of IT recruitment, my opinion is that we are still far off from the point of "human jobs being replaced by AI." It is not AI itself that is in demand. What is in demand from every company is IT talent who can harness AI effectively to maximize results. Looking beyond AI, we will continue to advance our business by focusing on introducing the "talent" that develops technology to move society forward.
